Chris Lambert at Boots Colosseum in Cheshire Oaks was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. He really went above and beyond to assist my mum in picking out the right hearing aids, and we believe they’ll make a huge difference.

"Great Experience with the Hearing Test"
I had a really positive experience during my hearing assessment with the audiologist, who I think was named Josh. He got that I have significant hearing loss, which I mentioned is from my 20 years of service on tanks. He acknowledged my hearing issues but reassured me that I’m not beyond help. I’m ready to give the 60-day trial of your hearing aids a shot since I’ve hit a wall with this situation. Josh was super helpful and provided a lot of useful info. I’m looking forward to getting the aids on February 13th.

I had a great time at Boots hearing care. Freya, the audiologist, was super helpful. I was seen right on schedule, and she really took the time to listen to everything I wanted to share. Plus, she explained things in a way that made it all clear to me.

"Chester Boots Experience"
I visited the Boots store at Cheshire Oaks to pick up my hearing aids from Chris, but I was let down. I tried calling about an issue, but couldn’t secure an appointment. Then I reached out to Boots Hearing Care, and they set me up with Grace in Chester. She was really fantastic and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I’d definitely give her top marks; she truly puts her clients first. Thanks a bunch!

"My Earlier Review of Boots Hearingcare..."
I had earlier shared my thoughts on Boots Hearingcare about them not sticking to an agreement. They replied with, "please give us a call to discuss this further." I made the call and was informed that a woman would get back to me, but she never did. Watch out for this company. Their customer service is terrible and not reliable. Look for other options for your hearing needs.
